Ixylon

For the Ixylon we currently offer a mainsail, genoa and a spi.


For the regatta sailor we have a semi-radial set of sails witch uses a stiffer cloth. The sails for casual and recreational sailors have a simpler horizontal sail cut with a softer cloth.

Radial cut Ixylon mainsail for racing use. The radial head and the radial cut clew direct the forces even better into the sail. The result of the combination of a more resinated, stiffer cloth, is a sail section that keeps a perfect shape.

The matching genoa for the CM2 mainsail. The horizontal cut made of soft cloth reduces the tendency for kinking. Ideal for the occasional sailor.

Our goal on this spi was to get the maximum area and still keep it stable on tight angles.

The result is a very punchy spi on flat angle courses, with an easy-to-control leech on tight angle courses.
